Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

refill & chill (wax + wick only)

what ships
drop-in wax + pre-tabbed wick refills. no new jar is included.

eligibility & compatibility

  • refills are designed only for state your mood jars in the matching size.

  • you must already own a compatible sym jar to use this refill.

  • do not use the refill outside its designated jar; it is not a pillar candle or a standalone product.

  • do not place the refill in non-sym containers, open trays, or warmers.

  • jar must be clean, heat-safe, level, and free of cracks before inserting the refill.

performance & appearance
hand-poured soy may show light frosting, tiny bubbles, or faint lines. these are cosmetic only and do not affect scent throw or burn quality.

safety
trim wick to 1/4", burn ≤ 4 hours at a time, keep away from drafts, never leave unattended, keep from kids & pets.

billing & pricing
when you start a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries on the 4 / 8 / 12-week schedule you select. each delivery is billed at the current subscription price for that cadence (plus applicable taxes/shipping).

renewals & reminders
we’ll email you before each shipment so you can review, skip, swap scents, or edit your date.

manage, pause, skip, cancel
you can manage your plan anytime from your account or via the links in your order emails. changes apply to future orders and must be made before the next charge processes (orders already processing can’t be changed or canceled).

failed payments
if a payment fails, we’ll retry. if unsuccessful, the subscription may pause until payment details are updated.
