Probably because it's in your spam folder or because you spelled your e-mail or phone number incorrectly at checkout. Take a moment to check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we will confirm your info and resend the confirmation.
When Will I Receive My Order?
**Update: Due to COVID-19, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. All apparel are made to order. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. (Please be aware that your order may arrive in more than one package/shipment) **Please be patient with USPS/UPS during this hectic time. They are working as quickly as possible to get your packages to you. Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, nor will we issue refunds due to delays on the carrier's end. We do not have control over how quickly your package is processed/scanned and delivered by the shipping carrier.**
What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are FINAL. If there is something wrong with the order, or if the product has a defect we are more than happy to exchange the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen. Please reach out to us immediately if the address you entered is incorrect. We can update your order to the correct address if it hasn't shipped yet. If, however, it has already been shipped, then it is beyond our control. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
What t-shirt sizes do you offer?
T-shirt offers small - 3XL and sweatshirts small - 2XL.
How do your shirts fit?
All shirts are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton (please refer to the sizing chart https://www.stateyourmood.com/pages/size-chart) this means, there will be little to no shrinkage when washed correctly. Unisex shirts are true to size with a relaxed/loose fit. We suggest that women should order one size DOWN from their regular size for a snug fit. We also suggest to order one size UP for a looser fit for our sweatshirt.
Will the designs fade?
Our designs are made with heat transfer vinyl, so our designs doesn't fade.
What Are the Best Ways to Make My Shirt Last?
We recommend washing your shirt inside out, machine wash on a cold to warm setting, with like colors, using mild detergent and tumble dry on low to medium. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

I ordered a pre-order item with other items. When will they ship?
Orders that includes items along with the pre-sale item(s) will ship together. For future reference, please place a separate order.
