how quickly do y’all respond?
we try to reply within 1–2 business days. during launches or high-volume weeks, give us a lil grace, but we got you.
📦 orders & shipping
how long does shipping take?
most orders ship within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. during busy drops or sales, we may need a few extra days (because quality first, always).
how do i track my order?
you’ll get a tracking number in your inbox once your order ships. can’t find it? check your spam folder or email us directly.
do you offer express or international shipping?
right now, we ship within the u.s. only. expedited shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it for future vibes.
the address i entered is incorrect.
Unfortunately, accidents do happen. Please reach out to us immediately if the address you entered is incorrect. We can update your order to the correct address if it hasn't shipped yet. If, however, it has already been shipped, then it is beyond our control. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
i ordered a pre-order item with other items. when will they ship?
Orders that includes items along with the pre-sale item(s) will ship together. For future reference, please place a separate order.
what is your return & exchange policy?
Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are FINAL. If there is something wrong with the order, or if the product has a defect we are more than happy to exchange the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused.

what types of candles do you offer?
we offer handcrafted soy wax candles with wood wicks and wickless candles (for use with a warmer)
what size are your candles?
our full-size candles are 12 oz with 60–80 hour burn time. we also have 8 oz with 40-60 hour burn time. our mood minis (2.5 oz) and tealight-sized samples in our discovery boxes.
how strong are your scents?
our candles are designed to fill smaller to medium spaces with a nostalgic, noticeable vibe—never overpowering, always balanced.
are your products clean or safe?
yes! our candles are made with 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free wicks. no toxins, no weird chemicals—just good vibes.
how do i pick a scent if i’ve never ordered before?

🔁 returns & cancellations
what’s your return policy?
due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. but if something arrives damaged or isn’t vibing right, email us at support@stateyourmood.com and we’ll work it out.
can i cancel or change my order?
you can email us within 24 hours of ordering ONLY if your order has not been processed (received a tracking number) if you need to make changes. after that, we start prepping your order and can’t guarantee edits.

what is the vybe setters club?
it’s our seasonal subscription box for true mood-lovers. shipped every 4 months, it’s filled with exclusive drops, nostalgic goodies, and self-care treats you won’t find anywhere else.
how does it work?
- pre-orders open 1 month before each box ships
- boxes ship on the 7th of july, november, march, and may
- each box has a themed vibe and includes a candle, body product, and a fun collectible
can i gift a subscription?
yes! just enter their name and address during checkout. we don’t include pricing inside the box.

do you offer wholesale or bulk options?
yes! we offer bulk pricing for events, gifts, and corporate orders. visit our wholesale & bulk page
do you offer custom candles?
yes—for weddings, parties, and special events, we offer custom favor candles using our in-house scents and label designs tailored to your vibe. we don’t offer private label or full scent customization, but we’ll help you create something memorable for your moment.
