Hey there! I’m Deanndra Ross, the founder and owner of State Your Mood, your go-to for nostalgic vibes and self-care through soy wax candles. I’m a proud native of Fitzgerald, GA, I started this brand in 2018 to encourage people to express themselves through our unique scents.

Growing up, I found it hard to show the world who I really was. I loved playing video games and watching anime (big shoutout to my Sailor Moon and Inuyasha fans!), but I often kept it to myself because it wasn’t seen as the typical "girly" thing. As I entered adulthood, I realized I’d been putting aside what I loved just to be likable. It wasn’t until I embraced my true self that I started doing what made me genuinely happy.

State Your Mood was born from my passion for nostalgia and candles, combined with my journey to self-expression. This brand is all about encouraging you to express yourself unapologetically and embrace who you truly are.
