We ship every season, which means every 4 months ā€” giving you fresh vibes for spring, summer, fall, and winter. Boxes ship on the 7th of the shipping month

Each one includes 4ā€“6 items including exclusive items such as candles, body care, drinkware, match bottles, and more.

is this a subscription?

Yes! It's a quarterly subscription. Every season brings a new box, new vibe, and new ways to treat yourself.

what's the deadline to sign up and get the current box?

To grab the current Vybe Setters Club box, you must sign up by the 1st of the shipping month.

If you sign up after the 1st, no worries ā€” youā€™re still in! But your first box will be the next seasonā€™s drop.

We love a spontaneous moment, but shipping isnā€™t one of them. Hereā€™s what to know:

if youā€™re subscribed or placed a one-time order, your box ships out on the 7th of the shipping month. If the 7th falls on a weekend, it ships the next business day.

Orders open on the 24th.

what if I move or need to change my address?

No biggieā€”just update your info before the billing date for that drop (the 3rd of the month it ships). If your box already shipped, we can not reroute it.

can I buy just one box?

yep! you can choose between a one-time vibe or a quarterly subscriptionā€”your mood, your rules.

do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet, but weā€™re working on it! Right now, we only ship within the United States.

can I track my box?

yes! once your order ships, youā€™ll get a tracking email. if you donā€™t see it, check your spam or hit us up.

what if something arrives damaged?

send a photo within 48 hours after deliveryā€”so we can get you started with a replacement or refund; no stress.

how do I pay?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and Shop Pay at checkout.

Subscribers: Payments are charged automatically on the day you sign up and every 4 months after that, before your next Vybe Setters box ships out.

can I skip or cancel?

you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the cutoff date (3rd of the shipping month). manage it right from your account (Vybe Control Center)

how do I update my address or info?

Need to update your shipping address or email? Head to your account at the Vybe Control Center and make changes before the cutoff (the 3rd of the shipping month) to make sure your box goes to the right place. If you miss it, email us ASAP at support@stateyourmood.com and weā€™ll try to help!
