so… what exactly is the vybe setters club?

it’s a quarterly subscription with our 8 oz (Starter Vybe) candles, nostalgic body care, and surprise extras. every box is built around a vibe you didn’t know you needed.

how often do i get one?

every 4 months—3 drops per year (spring/summer, fall, and winter).

what’s actually in it?

Each one includes 4–6 items including exclusive items such as candles, body care, drinkware, match bottles, and more.

is this a subscription?

Yes! It's a quarterly subscription. Every season brings a new box, new vibe, and new ways to treat yourself.

We love a spontaneous moment, but shipping isn’t one of them. Here’s what to know:

shipping + other real-life stuff

when does the box ship out?

Boxes ship on the 7th of the following month after you order. If the 7th falls on a weekend, it ships the next business day.

Orders open on the 24th.

what if I move or need to change my address?

No biggie—just update your info before the billing date for that drop (the 3rd of the month it ships). If your box already shipped, we can’t reroute it.

can I buy just one box?

Nope! The Vybe Setters Club is a subscription only drop. Each box is curated and made to order, so single purchases aren’t available at this time.

BUT we may have extras later. Join the list to get notified.

do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Right now, we only ship within the United States.

can I track my box?

Yup! You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your box ships.

what if something arrives damaged?

send a photo within 2 days of delivery—so we can get you started with a replacement or refund; no stress.

how do I pay?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and Shop Pay at checkout. Payments are charged automatically on the day you sign up and every 4 months after that, before your next Vybe Setters box ships out.

can I skip or cancel?

Yep! You can skip a box or cancel anytime by managing your subscription through your account dashboard (Vybe Control Center). Just be sure to do it before the next billing date (the 7th of the shipping month).

how do I update my address or info?

Need to update your shipping address or email? Head to your account at the Vybe Control Center and make changes before the cutoff (the 7th of the shipping month) to make sure your box goes to the right place. If you miss it, email us ASAP at support@stateyourmood.com and we’ll try to help!
