when does the box ship out?

boxes start shipping on the 7th of the shipping month. if the 7th falls on a weekend/holiday, orders ship the next business day. subscriber orders are processed first.

what if I move or need to change my address?

no biggie. update your shipping address as soon as you can. if your label has already been created or your box has shipped, we can’t reroute it.

can I buy just one box?

yes. you can grab the current box one-time while supplies last, or choose subscribe & save for the best value + priority processing every season.

do you ship outside the U.S.?

not yet, but we’re working on it. right now we ship within the united states only.

can I track my box?

yes. once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. if you don’t see it, check spam or reach out and we’ll help.

send a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can get you started on a replacement or refund. no stress.
