For best results, hydrate first, then apply the highlighter onto arms, legs, shoulders, collarbone - anywhere for a natural-looking glow. For an even better experience blend with the Blow Body Brush (sold separately).

2. Apply the formula to the skin, then blend evenly using a brush or the fingertips.
