Every now and then customers have questions. Almost all of the answers can be found below. If you find yourself with a question that is not answered we can be reached through our contact us page.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
MOOD is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or not delivered to the correct address.
Packages that are returned to headquarters due to incorrect shipping address will incur the reshipping fee of $6 USD. We will send an invoice via Square with email address provided at checkout.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for customers who place more than one order in one day. Orders will ship together.
MOOD is not responsible for shipping delays.
What do I need to know before ordering?
Orders are shipped in the order that they are received & based on inventory.
All sales are final.
All T-Shirts are heat-pressed and made to order.
Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed, printed, and shipped. All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email MOOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages ( including labels not scanned by USPS)
Why does shipping take so long?
Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are printed to order. Some orders will take less than the 7-10 business days time frame. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped if necessary. MOOD is a small business venture, run by a stay-at-home Mompreneur. Therefore, your flexibility and support is greatly appreciated!
How may I check the status of my order?
Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if four (4) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email MOOD directly at anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.
*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through Wix Payments and Square. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
How can I place a bulk order?
Click on the CONTACT US tab, fill out the form with the following information: phone number, email address that the invoice will be sent to, Item(s) of interest, Sizes (including the number amount for each size), Date needed it by (if any), and if any special requests. Once the email has been recieved, we will send you a quote via email within 3-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact via contact us page for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders.
