What is your processing time?
Due to COVID-19, please allow up to 7-14 business days (does not include weekends) to receive an email that your order has been shipped. Shipping depends on inventory, as well items such as apparel are printed to order. Some orders will take less tthan the 7-10 business days time frame, which we always aim for here at STATE YOUR MOOD. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped if necessary. We make every effort to ship orders out promptly. (Updated on 04/30/2020)
What do I need to know before ordering?
STATE YOUR MOOD process orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped in the order that they aree received and based on inventory. All sales are final. All shirts are heat-pressed and made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders yo be processed, printed, and shipped. All shipments receive tracking numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email; please check spam. STATE YOUR MOOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (including labels not scanned by USPS)
I never received my order and my tracking shows delivered. What do I do?
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not receieved it; you must contact us within 10 days to start the process to file a claim.
STATE YOUR MOOD does not hold or accept responsiility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delieverd. All refunds are determined by the final decision by the carrier.
How may I check the status of my order?
Please only inquire about the status of your order if four (4) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email STATE YOUR MOOD directly at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry. *A business day is considered every official working day of the week Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
I am allergic to an ingredient, what can I do?
If you are allergic to an ingredient, we will gladly leave out the ingredient or substitute it. It is important to read the ingredients listed in the description of EACH product. prior to purchasing. We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions as stated.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
STATE YOUR MOOD is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or not delivered to the correct address.
Packages that are returned to headquarters due to incorrect shipping address will incur the reshipping fee starting at $7.99 USD, regardless if your order qualified for free shipping. We will send an invoice via PayPal with email address provided at checkout.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for customers who place more than one order in one day. Orders will ship together.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. we do ship to other countries per upon request Please send us an email, if you'd like your order shipped international.
How can I place a bulk order?
Click on the CONTACT US tab, fill out the form with the following information: phone number, email address that the invoice will be sent to, Item(s) of interest, Sizes (including the number amount for each size), Date needed it by (if any), and if any special requests. Once the email has been received, we will send you a quote via email within 3-5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact via contact us page for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders.
